Cancellation Policy

We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel without enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.

We also realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require scheduling adjustments and how easy it is to forget appointments made months in advance. That is why all appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, in order to avoid 100% charge of your reserved service price

Cancellation fees will apply and we will require you to provide your credit card information. Scheduled appointments within 24 hours will require at least 4-Hours notice. Failure to do so, will result in a 50% fee of reserved service cost.

No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service price with credit card on file. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service to each one of our established and future clients.

Return Policy
Services: We do not provide refunds for salon services. However, we are dedicated to client satisfaction, and if you are unhappy with your service, we will do our best to correct the issue. Please contact the salon coordinator within 7 days of your service to discuss any concerns. We will then arrange for you to return to your original stylist for any necessary adjustments at no additional cost within 2 weeks of the initial service.
Products: We carefully select high-quality products to help maintain your hair's health and style. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase, provided it is at least 75% full. Please understand that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened products after 14 days. Our team is happy to assist you with any product questions, and we appreciate your patronage.
